New ‘Karate Kid’ Movie Will Star Both Ralph Macchio And Jackie Chan

Ralph Macchio and Jackie Chan announced they'd star together in an upcoming ‘Karate Kid’ remake.
In a video, they said, "Hi everyone! We've got big news We're starring in a new ‘Karate Kid’ movie together."
They continued, "That's big news, but we even have bigger news We're looking for the next Karate Kid. "That's right — the global search for the star of our new film starts right now. So let's wax on, wax off, everybody.”
The film is expected to be released on December 13, 2024, with a plan in place to start shooting in the spring.
