Around 3:30am today (Monday), power lines came down across ALL lanes of 880 by the Coliseum in Oakland. CHP stopped traffic in both directions on 880 and were diverting all vehicles off of the freeway.
As of 5:30am, the power lines have been removed and the freeway is now open in both directions but expect residual delays to remain in place for a lot of the morning.
