A Bay Area woman will have a HUGE role in the royal wedding!

Meet Claire Ptak, a former Inverness resident who now lives in London and Prince Harry and Megan Markle LOVE her cakes and have hired her to do their wedding cake at their upcoming ceremony!

Claire's first job was at Bovine Bakery in Point Reyes. She then went on to become a pastry chef for Alice Waters at Chez Panisse in Berkeley. Now, in London, she is the owner of Violet Cakes and she's known for her gorgeous creations.

The cake will be a lemon elderflower cake which will be covered with buttercream and fresh flowers.

Yummmmmmmmm.
