The Concord apartment building that burned earlier this week flared up again this morning!
Crews were supposed to start demolishing the building today but now that it has flared up again, we're not sure.
The building was supposed to be an apartment building and caused $60 million in damage. No injuries were reported and several nearby businesses were evacuated. Some are still closed this morning.
