A car that runs on only air?? Yes it's a reality now thanks to college students in Egypt. As a part of their senior project, these undergrads designed a car that runs on only tanks of oxygen! Their prototype model goes up to 25mph and has a range of 20 miles, but their goal is to reach 62mph and a 60+ mile range!
The students from Helwan University outside of Cairo are hoping that the vehicle's design can help supply a reliable, clean source of transportation after the major economic reforms in Egypt.
