How cold is it? It was so cold in Calgary that Jonathan Scholes took his bowl of piping hot noodles outside and they froze within 15 minutes, leaving his fork suspended mid-air.
The temperature in the Canadian city reached -30 Celsius (-22F) when Scholes performed his now viral trick, as the entire month of February sat below its seasonal normal.
