Jeopardy! host Alex Trebek recently spoke at a benefit in Los Angeles in support of pancreatic cancer.
He spoke after a 22 year survivor spoke and said, I'm a 62 day survivor. Give me a break. But I'm working on it. But I promise you this, if I become a 22 year survivor you will all be welcomed at my 100th birthday party.
Last week he admitted in an interview that he struggles with deep sadness after receiving his prognosis of stage 4 pancreatic cancer.
One thing he is very appreciative of is all the love he has received. He said that most people do not receive that kind of love until after they have passed. He said he is lucky to receive it now and he welcomes it.
