A recent study conducted by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers reported more than half of those surveyed requested prenup agreements in recent years.
Why? Millennials are getting married older so they have more money to protect. Also, they are getting married later in life and they are a bit worried about the college debt from their spouses kids.
Women are also getting into the workforce more and more and having to pay alimony.
Both men and women are getting prenups these days when, in the past, men used to be the primary prenup group.
