A MAJOR traffic alert in the Bay Area for you on Tuesday morning.
In Vacaville, interstate 80 is closed in both directions between Pena Adobe Rd and Alamo Dr. because of a car fire at Cherry Glen Rd. CHP is worried about a possible explosive tank so they have completely shut down the freeway in both directions.
No estimated time of reopening has been released.
Take alternate routes if possible.
