Tracy Dean is a school bus driver that has been styling Isabelle Pieri’s hair every morning since the girl lost her mom. Patricia’s mom, died three years ago from a rare brain illness and since then struggled with doing her own hair. Luckily Tracy noticed and she decided to help her out as a part of their morning routine.
