Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti announced he was very saddened and disappointed that not all are practicing social distancing.He urged young people to stay home and practice social distancing.
"Your behavior can save a life and take a life," Garcetti said. "And that life could be yours.”
He wants to be more aggressive by implementing a "business ambassadors program," where officials would be check nonessential businesses and cutting their supply to water and electricity if they continue to operate in an "irresponsible and selfish" manner.
