Ed Sheeran, Paul McCartney, Rod Stewart and many others warn the Government that Live Music Is in Peril.
Over 1,500 artist have written a joint letter to the UK’s Culture Secretary to warn that the ‘world-leading’ sector is at imminent risk of suffering mass job losses.
They say: ‘Live music has been one of the UK’s biggest social, cultural, and economic successes of the past decade’ according to the Daily Mail.
Other musicians include Coldplay, Eric Clapton, Dua Lipa, Rita Ora, Sam Smith, Liam Gallagher and Lewis Capaldi.
