Disney World in Florida is unexpectedly changing their hours.
Walt Disney World in Florida is cutting back their hours of because of lower than expected attendance after their reopening. They closed in March because of the pandemic, but then reopened last month. Disney bent over backwards to insure the safety of their customers, but there were other factors working against Disney, and many other attractions.
For example, Disney relies on tourists flying in from all points of the country, and globe. People are understandably skittish about flying, and the park can’t rely on local attendees alone.
The new hours take effect September 8th.
