Stephen Maguire and his wife Sharon were driving toward flooded road in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, when they saw several cars that were stuck. As they continue on the dangerous road they see a man stuck in the flood trying to get his dog out. Immediately the couple stops and saves the both of them.
