With everything looking so different during the pandemic, we were curious to know what life is like for the great people that work in our Bay Area school cafeterias. Certainly cooking meals to-go was not in their 2020 plan and we can only imagine how odd it is for them to cook for students that aren't on campus.
The Morning Breeze talked to Dominic Machi, Director of Food and Nutrition Services, with the Mt. Diablo Unified School District about what life is like at school this year for him and his staff.
