Last week, a stranded lizard kept the Peninsula Humane Society busy!
A chameleon was stranded on a power line for several days before authorities could figure out how to rescue it. The humane society staff checked in with electrical line worker who was nearby to make sure it was safe to go near the power line, and then used a tool with a wooden handle to pull the chameleon to safety.
