People are prepping for a second COVID wave, and grocery chains are starting to notice.
Kroger, Giant, and a few other major grocery retailers are back to limiting the amount of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and disinfectant wipes people can purchase at one time. Here in California, Raley’s isn’t experiencing a run on those items yet, but their marketing people are watching the situation carefully.
