For years Howard's wife had always phoned their local station to give him a birthday message. Now for his 90th Birthday his wife can’t do it because she suffers from Dementia. So Howard called his favorite radio station and wished Himself a Happy Birthday on behalf of his wife.
The Radio Jocks who received the requests were touched, they could hear the pain and sadness in Howard’s Voice and had to do something for him.
What they did next Brought Howard and Everybody in the Room to tears.
