What would you do if you came across 42 thousand dollars?
Andrea Lessing knew exactly what to do. She’s a Goodwill employee in Oklahoma, and she was going through a new donation of some sweaters. She felt something odd between two sweaters. It turned out to be stacks of cash to the tune of $42,000.
But instead of keeping the money she was able to trace the cash to the person it belonged to, and gave it back. As a reward, the owner gave Andrea $1,000
The bottom line: she wanted her 6-year-old daughter to see how important it is to be honest.
