It was a busy holiday weekend in Wine Country.
The Memorial Day weekend saw the streets of Napa, and other wine country communities, busy once again. It’s being called “revenge travel”, and you’ll be hearing more about it in the months ahead. After being cooped up for 15 months, people are eager to travel to places like Napa and Sonoma Counties.
It was one of the busiest days ever at V. Sattui Winery in St. Helena. Tom Davies, president of the winery, said that the crowds this past weekend reminded him of the “big days of wine tasting”.
