Delta Coves is a new housing development on Bethel Island in Contra Costa County. It’s about halfway between San Francisco and Sacramento, and it’s quite unique.
It has 474 homesites, and each one has its own dock. Delta Coves was approved by the Contra Costa Board of Supervisors in 1976, but the first property wasn’t sold until 2019. Homes start at about $800,000, and that includes the dock.
