It closed in March of 2020. But a Bay Area landmark is opening back up!
The Round House Cafe, at the southern end of the Golden Gate Bridge, will open back up later this summer and will be operated by Equator Coffees of Marin County. The cafe offers 360-degree-view of the bridge and bay. It’s a great spot to have a drink and a snack before biking or walking across the iconic bridge.
The Round House Cafe opened in 1938...about the time the bridge itself opened to traffic.
