The national average for the cost of a gallon of gas is now $3.25. It jumped 3 cents over the last three weeks. It’s about a dollar higher than it was a year ago.
The highest price for a gallon of gas is right here in the Bay Area..$4.50 a gallon. The lowest is in Baton Rouge, LA at $2.74 per gallon.
The good news is we’ll see prices drop soon as the price of crude drops.
