Someone Stole A Street Sweeper And Sent Police On A Low-Speed Chase.
This chase was so low speed in fact, that the top speed is being reported as high as 15 mph. Imagine being the officers having to chase this slow vehicle. You just know that that was not how they expected their night to go.
The whole thing ended when the thief drove the sweeper into the river.
