How does a shorter work week sound to you?
It’s gaining steam in Washington. Last week lawmakers endorsed a bill that would create the 32 hour work week.
They’re citing countries that have experimented with the idea with great success. Iceland, for example, have had shorter work weeks in place for a few years and found that employee productivity remained the same, and in some cases increased!
