More And More People Are Walking!

Do you like to walk? You have company!

54% of us choose walking as our preferred mode of transportation. 46% of us use a step tracker on a regular basis, and log close to 6,000 steps on a typical day. This year the number of steps will almost double because more people are choosing walking as a great way to exercise. The top ways people rack up their steps: exercising, going for walks, running errands, taking stairs, and walking their dogs.
