Tom Tircich recently became only the 10th person to walk around the entire world, and he did it with his dog Savannah. Savannah just happened to be the first dog on record to do so.
The inspiration came from the sudden death of his long-time friend Ann Marie from a jet ski accident.
Along the way Tircich received funds for various charities. He adopted Savannah from an animal shelter while passing through Austin, Texas.
It was a seven year trip that spanned almost thirty thousand miles. He set off from New Jersey on April 2, 2015.
