7-Eleven has just launched its first plant-based vegan breakfast sandwich.
The sandwich is made with a mung bean-based “Egg,” an Impossible Foods’ plant-based breakfast sausage, and a slice of dairy-free cheddar on an English muffin.
Right now, the sandwich is only available in Canada, but the chain hopes to expand to the U.S. if successful in Canada.
