Any time is a great time to provide a furever home for a dog or cat, but this is an especially good time.
Contra Costa Animal Services is dropping all adoption fees during the month of February. They have at least 100 cats and dogs that need homes. They even have a handful of bunnies too. Adoption fees can reach up to $155 dollars.
