Sneezing A Lot Lately? You're Not Alone.

All the rain we’ve been having, and the occasional peeks of sunshine, have created the perfect storm for pollen. That’s why so many people are suffering from seasonal allergies this year.

Pollen levels are measured on a scale of 0-12, with 8 being on the high side. This weekend the Bay Area might experience a pollen level of 10.6.

The Centers for Disease Control claims that 26% of adults in the U.S. suffer seasonal allergies, 19% for kids.

Some of the things you can do to minimize your symptoms include planning your time outdoors, use your A/C rather than windows,and avoid being outside during the early hours when pollen levels tend to be higher.
