A new trend has emerged, and Gen Z is calling it... "bed rotting."
What exactly is bed rotting? It's about staying in bed for as long as possible as a form of self care.
And if this sounds a bit familiar, the Guardian is quick to point out that John Lennon and Yoko Ono did something similar 50 years ago (though that was more of a peace protest).
