By now, you're probably well aware of charcuterie boards - a delicious spread of meats, cheeses, nuts, fruits and snacks, beautifully displayed on a board.
Summer 2023 is bringing us a seafood version... dubbed the seacuterie board - a seafood lover's dream come true. Crab, shrimp, lobster, oysters and on and on.
The biggest tip, however, is make sure you lay out your board on a bed of ice.
