3 Months of Regular Exercise Enhances Brain Health

To no one's surprise, exercise has long been connected to having a sharper mind - especially with older people.

New research out of Japan is showing how easily older adults can reap the cognitive rewards of staying active - after scientists at the University of Tsukuba found that people’s cognition and brain efficiency improved after just three months of mild exercise sessions three times a week.
