new study out of London found that pre-rinsing dishes before putting them into the dishwasher costs us MILLIONS of dollars every year.
While the study did only look at dishwashing practices in the UK, the principle applies to us here in the US. In addition to the money (and time) waste, the amount of water loss is staggering, with over 7.9 billion gallons going to waste each year.
