Rebecca Rosen, a falconer at Bouchaine Vineyards in Napa, California, uses hawks and falcons to scare away birds that eat grapes.
She carries a box in her Tesla Model S that contains a 6-year-old Harris' hawk named Rocky, a 17-year-old falcon named E.B., and a 4-year-old hawk named Zephyr.
These birds are trained to fly and intimidate other birds, preventing them from damaging the vineyard's crops.
Rosen's work is part of a growing trend in the wine industry to use falconry as a natural and sustainable method of bird control.
