Survey Says: Average Person 'Hits the Wall' at 2:36 P.M.

A new survey reveals that people typically “hit the wall” around 2:36 p.m., coinciding with the post-lunch slump.

The poll talked to 2,000 working adults, and found that they typically face three big dips in their energy throughout the day - with some experiencing their first slump before 9 a.m.
