A veterinarian has conducted an experiment to show how cold it gets inside a dog house during winter nights.

Dr. Ernie Ward spent four hours in a dog house at temperatures as low as 15 degrees Fahrenheit.

Within half an hour, he experienced shivering and noticed ice crystals forming on the ceiling.

Dr. Ward concluded that no dog is biologically adapted to handle such cold temperatures and urged pet owners to provide better quality of life for their animals.
