WalletHub recently ranked the nine largest carriers in the United States and one regional airline based on various metrics across five categories.
Spirit Airlines ranked third overall, but topped two categories - securing the title of WalletHub's Safest and Most Affordable Airline.
Other categories include Best Airline Overall, Most Reliable Airline and Most Comfortable Airline.
