Chick-fil-A Launching Its Own Entertainment App
- Chick-fil-A is extending its reach to customers by launching its own entertainment app.
- The new app, Play, will contain content for families with kids 12 and under.
- "We've been paying attention to some research and conversations we've had with families that are our customers," said Chick-fil-A's executive director of brand strategy, entertainment, and media. "Insights bubbled up that content and games are both adjacent to mealtime."
- Upon launch, the app will contain scripted podcasts, games, recipes, e-books, and an original animated series for families.
- The app is available for pre-download on all platforms. It launches on November 18.
