Santa Cruz scored higher than any other California metro area in Gallup-Healthways' most recent "Community Well-Being Rankings" which measures the overall sense of well-being felt by residents.
The San Francisco-Oakland-Hayward area ranked #31 while San Jose-Sunnyvale-Santa Clara came in at #39.
On top of the list? Naples, Florida.
