San Francisco resident Doug Cox really, really wanted to propose to his girlfriend but there was one thing standing in his way. That one thing is a 6 foot something hunk named John Stamos.
No doubt you remember John Stamos from "Full House", and that's where the problem begins. Doug's DVR's storage is 34% full and that's all due to his girlfriends obsession with "Full House".
Doug sent John Stamos a letter asking him to please send a signed photo that would say "Katrina, will you please marry Doug?" but John did him one better. He sent a pre-recorded video!
"From what I see here on this email you've sent, you're a handsome man, you have nice hair, good beard, got beautiful blue eyes. Katrina, I would say yes to this," Stamos said in the recording. "If I was a woman, and I'm not saying I'm not, I would say yes to young Doug. So, I guess this is me asking you to marry him."
Katrina Firenze, Cox's then-girlfriend, responded with a resounding "yes yes yes yes" before flashing the diamond ring for the camera and sneaking in an appropriate, "Have mercy!"
