Warriors coach Steve Kerr will miss Game 4 of the first round Monday as he continues to seek a solution to the back pain he's been having.
He said the pain he's been experiencing worsened five days ago.
There is no timeline for Kerr’s return. He said it is possible he could miss the rest of the playoffs. Kerr’s lead assistant, Mike Brown will continue to serve as the interim head coach.
“As of now, I’m consulting with my doctors,” Kerr said. “I’m hoping for some improvement. If I can get some improvement, I’ll get back on the sidelines. But I’m not going to do that unless I know I can help my team.”
