There was a car crash in Arizona earlier this week and a man who was working nearby, went outside to see what the helicopters above were doing.
He told the people he works with at a logistics company that he was going to the top of the parking garage, and get the helicopter's attention.
He did just that, along with thousands of other people.
Since the video was posted on the FOX 10 Phoenix Facebook page, it has been viewed over 300,000 times.
The newly named "Scottsdale Dancing Man" said he was just trying to make people laugh.
