Great news for coffee drinkers!

Two new studies just confirmed that drinking coffee can reduce the risk of heart and liver disease, and stroke, and that just one cup a day can reduce the risk of these diseases by 12 percent.  Even better news: it doesn't matter what kind of coffee you enjoy....Americano, espresso, latte, even decaf. The findings were published by the American College of Physicians, so it's legit!
