Sunday, April 22nd, is the 13th Annual Healthy Living Health Fair at Sacred Heart Community Service, 1381 S. First Street in San Jose. Services will be provided from 8am-4pm and include dental exams and treatments, vision services, and medical screenings for cholesterol, blood pressure and diabetes. All services during the Health Fair are free! People interested in these services can sign up in person at Sacred Heart’s Welcome Center from now until April 20th to book an appointment. The Welcome center is open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9am-4pm, Tuesdays 9am-6pm, and Fridays 9am-12pm. Walk-ins are welcome on April 22nd, but are not guaranteed a timely spot for services. If you are interested in booking an appointment for both vision and dental services, please allow for at least a 2 hour space between these appointments. This is to ensure that there is enough time to receive both services.
