A massive fire tore through a construction site in downtown Concord this morning. A nearby apartment building was evacuated and several roads in the area are closed as a result.
It broke out around 12:55 a.m.
There are about 70 firefighters on scene.
Galindo St., Clayton Rd., Concord Blvd., and Willow Pass Rd. are all closed at this time.
