86-Year-Old Bodybuilder Breaks Own Record As Oldest To Compete In Japan Championships

Here is proof that you're never too old to follow your dreams.

An 86-year-old broke the record for the oldest person to compete in Japan's men's bodybuilding competition.

The man, Toshisuke Kanazawa,  broke his own record set back in August at Japan's master championships.

"I'm still not anywhere near the finish line," Kanazawa stated. "It's important to keep setting goals and taking on challenges no matter how old you are."

Kanazawa added, "I want to compete until I'm 90. And I'd like to set myself as an example to other grandpas and grandmas in the world by living healthy until 100."
