Teacher Burnout Rate Is at a Record High According to Survey

Teachers need the summer to rest and rejuvenate as the school year ends because teacher burnout is at an all-time high. 

According to a RAND Corporation survey, the mental health of school workers is suffering. 

"Recovering from COVID has been a really big struggle, And it's still continuing," said a veteran teacher.

59% of teachers and 48% of principals have felt the pressure of the job.
