This NYC hotdog stand was a literal dumpster fire. When a food cart in the middle of 46th Street went up in flames on July 17, bystanders in Midtown East were apparently totally blasé about it. Native New Yorker, Natalie McMahon, 40, said "no one was trying to do anything about it" during the five minutes she watched the blaze while waiting for the bus.
