Over the past three days, Callie Clemens has been searching roach infested storm drains in Houston in an effort to rescue a trapped litter of puppies.
She found two dogs but is heading back into the drain Saturday night alone to find the last of the litter which can be heard whimpering in the tunnels.
She revealed that the area is infamous for 'puppy dumping,' where people abandon their unwanted dogs, leaving them to fend for themselves.
